Scientific Program Information:

Participants are invited to submit abstracts of their contributions via e-mail to IHC@sjtu.edu.cn as an attached WORD file. The deadline for submission is changed to February 15, 2010. Only MS WORD files are acceptable.

Authors of submitted abstracts will be contacted by the organising committee by early 2010 regarding the status of acceptance. Authors of accepted papers / posters will be invited to prepare full manuscripts to be reviewed and considered for publication in Food Hydrocolloids (http://www.ees.elsevier.com/foodhyd/) by Elsevier.

Best poster presentations will be selected for the Award sponsored by Elsevier.
