Please fill out the Registration Form and return it to the Secretariat of 10IHC before April 31, 2010.
Upon the receipt of the Registration Form, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail to each participant. Please keep a copy of the confirmation letter and show us upon your arriving at the conference registration desk.
If you have problem to access internet, please contact Conference Secretariat.
Online registration has been available through the Conference website until May 31, 2010. The fee can only be paid in US dollars by bank transfer. On-site registration will take place at the registration desk during June 20-24, 2010 by cash (US Dollar) only.

Since these Registration Fees are already relatively low compared to many international conferences, there will be no other discounts.

>Please be sure to indicate the title "transfer to PA110012 (IHC Conference)", and your full name on the Message to the Beneficiary of your bank transfer.
>You must e-mail us the information by ihc@sjtu.edu.cn, and keep a copy of the receipt of the bank transfer for your own record. Please make sure name(s) of participant(s) are clearly visible on the bank transfer sheet. You might be asked to show your receipts for proving your registration.
>When we receive your e-mail letter, we shall pay attention to the payment and quickly tell you the result. If you get no reply from us, it will mean there is something wrong. You must e-mail again.
A formal receipt will be distributed to the participant at the registration desk.

Refund Policy and Cancellation Charge
The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress. An administration fee of US$50 will be charged for all cancellations received before 31 March 2010. Please note that no refunds will be made for cancellations after 31 March 2010.
Currency and Exchange
In China, only RMB is used. However, exchange centers can be found at airports, most hotels and large shopping centers. Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) could help you change RMB from your credit card. Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and other credit cards are accepted in most malls and hotels. But it might be difficult to draw cash with credit cards. When exchanging money, please keep your receipt by which you can change the remaining RMB back to foreign currency when leaving China.
The Chinese currency use a decimal system. Notes come in denominations of 100, 50, 20, 10, 5, 2, 1 yuan, coins 1 yuan, 5 jiao and 1 jiao etc. Banks are open from 9:00 to 12:00 AM and 1:00 to 4:00 PM during Monday to Friday. Traveler’s checks in foreign currencies will be cashed by banks and hotels but are not usually accepted by shops. Credit Cards, usually are accepted at major hotels, department stores, and large restaurants, but most of institutes and stores refuse. The excange rate is subject to market fluctuations. One USD was equivalent to about RMB 6.5-6.8 yuan at present.
